What a memorable day for Paraguay and the city of Encarnación. For one exceptional weekend, the spirit and magic of the Tour de France took over the roads of “La Perla del Sur”.

Amateur cyclists enjoyed the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to feel like professional Tour de France riders for a day. Racing on fully closed roads, participants rode through the spectacular scenery of the Costanera, surrounded by enthusiastic fans and breathtaking views along the Paraná River.

Beyond the challenge itself, riders were also battling for the prestigious official Tour de France distinctive jerseys, adding even more excitement and emotion to this unforgettable first edition.

A challenge for everyone

To allow every cycling enthusiast to become part of the Tour de France legend, three distances were proposed: 30 km, 60 km and the demanding 140 km route.

All formats started and finished in Encarnación, offering participants an extraordinary race setting along the Costanera and the banks of the Paraná River. Whether riders came to discover the atmosphere, challenge themselves or compete for performance, every participant shared the same passion and the same incredible experience.
