Look back at L’Étape La Paz by Tour de France
On March 1st, L’Étape Mexico by Tour de France officially opened its 2026 season with an unforgettable event that brought the spirit of the Tour de France back to Mexico. As the first of six events on this year’s national calendar, the race marked an exciting start to a season dedicated to sharing the unique Tour de France atmosphere across the country.
Cyclists gathered early in the morning, ready to take on the challenge and to experience the magic of riding on fully closed roads. The weather conditions were ideal, allowing participants to perform at their best while enjoying the stunning landscapes that make each L’Étape Mexico by Tour de France race so special.
The event once again delivered the authentic Tour de France experience, from the official branding and race organization to the camaraderie among riders.
