Discover the Route of the 2026 Tour de France

The route of the 2026 Tour de France was unveiled on October 23, 2025. It is expected to be another legendary edition, featuring some of the greatest climbs and marking the return of Alpe d’Huez.

What’s in store for the 2026 Tour de France?

Following the Grand Départ in Barcelona, the race will pay a visit to each of the five mountain ranges in France. The Pyrenees, Massif Central, Jura and Vosges will build up towards a climactic showdown in the Alps with two finishes on the Alpe d'Huez, including an unprecedented ascent from the Col de Sarenne on the eve of the finish in Paris.

You can find more information on the Tour de France website.

What about L'Étape du Tour de France?

Each year, L'Étape du Tour de France gives 16,000 amateur cyclists the chance to experience the legend of the Tour by riding one of its iconic mountain stages. This year, participants will tackle Stage 20, the most challenging of the Tour, with an epic finish at Alpe d’Huez via the Col de Sarenne.

If you have taken part in one of our 30 L'Étape Series events over the past 12 months, you are eligible for the L'Étape Reward Program. You should have received an exclusive link to register for L'Étape du Tour de France, available until November 3rd.
