What is L’Etape du Tour de France?
L’Étape du Tour de France is the world’s most prestigious sportive.
Since 1993, it has given amateur cyclists the rare opportunity to ride a legendary mountain stage of the Tour de France. Last edition in July 2026, 15.000 riders took on 170km and 5.400m of climbing between Le Bourg d’Oisans and the mythical Alpe d’Huez, one of the toughest editions in recent years.
In 2027, riders will once again experience what it feels like to ride like a professional cyclist: fully closed roads, the electrifying Tour de France atmosphere, an epic start line and world-class feed stations.
A once-in-a-lifetime cycling experience awaits.
